Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

1. Overview

Welcome to CRESTWHITE. In these Terms of Use, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CRESTWHITE.

We operate this website and provide content, features, products and services that allow visitors to browse our catalogue and make online purchases.

These terms govern access to and use of the website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and, when making a purchase, our applicable Terms of Sale and other purchase policies.

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent that they apply to your use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. This does not replace any separate consent required for cookies or personal-data processing.

3. Website access and customer accounts

Much of the website can be viewed without creating an account. Some features may require an account or information needed to provide the requested service.

Information you provide must be accurate, complete, up to date and either relate to you or be information you are lawfully authorised to provide.

If you have an account, keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You may not sell, assign or transfer your account without our permission.

4. Product information

We aim to present products accurately. Colours, apparent dimensions or packaging presentation may vary slightly because of screen settings, device characteristics or manufacturer packaging updates. Such differences must not alter the essential characteristics of the product you ordered.

Product descriptions, photographs and other information are intended to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

We may update the catalogue, add or remove products, or change their presentation for future purchases. Nothing in this section limits your rights to receive goods that match the contract and description.

5. Product use

Use products in accordance with their packaging directions, supplied instructions, precautions and intended purpose.

Results may vary between individuals. If you are unsure how to use a product or whether it is suitable for your circumstances, seek advice from an appropriate professional.

6. Orders

Orders are governed by our applicable Terms of Sale. Before confirming an order, check the products, quantities, variants, delivery and billing details, and total amount payable.

Orders are processed following payment approval and order confirmation.

Subject to applicable law and the status of the contract, we may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as a rejected payment, a reasonable suspicion of fraud, unavailable stock, an obvious product or pricing error, or information that prevents fulfilment.

Where this affects your order, we will notify you and arrange any refund due for goods that will not be supplied.

7. Prices and billing

The applicable prices are those displayed when you place your order. Before payment is finally confirmed, you will be shown the product prices, applicable discounts, delivery charges and total payable.

Promotions may have stated conditions and expiry dates. We may change prices for future purchases, but a later price change does not affect an order already finally confirmed.

You must provide accurate payment and billing information.

8. Payments

Payments are made using the methods offered at checkout. You must be authorised to use your selected payment method.

Relevant payment information may be processed directly by specialist providers. Full payment credentials are generally handled by the relevant payment provider, while we may receive transaction information needed to manage your order.

9. Shipping and delivery

Available delivery options and delivery information are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy or applicable Terms of Sale.

Times may depend on order preparation, the carrier, destination, busy periods and transport conditions. These factors do not remove any binding delivery commitment or mandatory consumer rights.

Where consumer law applies and the carrier is a delivery option we offer, handing a parcel to that carrier does not automatically transfer the risk of loss or damage to you. The applicable rules on physical receipt and transfer of risk remain in force.

Please contact us promptly if a parcel has not arrived or an item is damaged, incorrect or missing.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

Our additional 30-day voluntary returns policy applies under the conditions stated in that policy. It does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal or remedy for faulty goods.

For a return request, email contact@mycrest.net or info@mycrest.net. You may also use the other addresses in Section 25.

11. Third-party tools and services

Some functions use third-party services, including payment, delivery, tracking, communications, analytics and other integrated tools.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. Please read them where relevant. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller or website operator.

12. Third-party links

The website may link to websites or services operated by others. We do not necessarily control those websites, and a link does not mean we endorse all of their content, practices or services.

When you leave our website, review the relevant external terms and policies.

13. Reviews and user content

If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, suggestion or other content, it must be genuine, lawful and respectful of others' rights. It must not be defamatory, fraudulent or contain malicious software.

You remain responsible for what you submit and retain any ownership rights you hold in it.

To the extent necessary to display and operate the service, you permit us to show, reproduce and technically adapt content you voluntarily submit, in accordance with applicable law. Technical adaptation must not misrepresent the meaning of a review.

We may remove content that is clearly unlawful or breaches these terms.

14. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, graphics, photographs, layout, visual elements, logos, videos and technical elements, may be protected by intellectual-property law.

Viewing the website does not give you ownership of that content. Reproduction or other use may require permission, except where the law allows it.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Prohibited use

You must not use the website to:

  • Carry out unlawful activities or fraud.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Distribute viruses or malicious software.
  • Disrupt the website or its services.
  • Collect information about other users unlawfully or fraudulently.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Infringe another party's rights.

We may take proportionate measures to protect the website and its users.

16. Errors and inaccuracies

Despite reasonable care, information may occasionally contain typographical or pricing errors, outdated information, or mistakes about availability or promotions.

We may correct errors when identified. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you where necessary to arrange a solution consistent with applicable law.

17. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accessible and functional, but access may sometimes be interrupted by maintenance, updates, faults, network issues or events outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. This does not limit your rights under a purchase contract already entered into.

18. Liability

You are responsible for using the website lawfully and following product instructions and precautions. Responsibility for damage caused by misuse is assessed under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, removes the statutory guarantee of conformity or protection against hidden defects, or restricts other mandatory consumer rights.

19. Account suspension or restriction

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, unlawful use, attempts to compromise security or a serious breach of these terms.

Any action must be proportionate and does not remove rights already acquired in relation to existing orders.

20. Severability

If a provision is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only as necessary to comply with applicable law.

21. No waiver

Not exercising a right immediately does not mean that CRESTWHITE permanently gives up that right.

22. Related terms and policies

These Terms of Use and the other applicable policies published on the website govern website use. For purchases, read them together with:

  • Our applicable Terms of Sale.
  • Our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Our Shipping Policy.
  • Our Privacy Policy and cookie information.

These documents do not override mandatory legal rights. Website-use provisions do not replace the terms agreed for an individual purchase.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by French law, subject to applicable rules protecting consumers.

Where mandatory consumer protections in another country apply, choosing French law does not deprive you of those protections.

We encourage you to contact us to seek an amicable solution to a dispute. If no solution is reached, you retain the remedies and access to competent courts available under applicable law.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, services, legal requirements or security needs. The current version is published with its last-updated date.

Changes do not retrospectively remove rights acquired under a purchase contract already concluded. Additional notice will be given where required by law.
