Shipping Policy – CRESTWHITE
Last updated: October 2026
At CRESTWHITE, we aim to prepare your order promptly and arrange reliable delivery to France, Europe and the international destinations available at checkout.
Preparation time and delivery time are separate. Preparation takes place before dispatch; delivery estimates below describe the carrier's transit time after dispatch.
In this policy, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding relevant public holidays.
1. Order preparation and dispatch
Standard orders
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment approval.
Preparation may vary depending on order volumes, product availability, the selected shipping service and busy periods.
Express orders
Orders placed with an express shipping option receive priority processing and are usually dispatched within 1 business day after payment approval, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, the parcel is handed to the selected carrier. Our responsibility remains subject to the consumer-protection rules described below.
2. Delivery options and estimated transit times
The following estimates run from dispatch, in addition to the preparation time above:
| Destination | Standard delivery | Express delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Metropolitan France | Usually 2–3 business days | Usually 1 business day |
| Europe | Usually 2–3 business days | Usually 1–2 business days, depending on the country and carrier |
| International destinations outside Europe | Usually 5–10 business days | Usually 2–5 business days |
Depending on the service selected, other delivery partners may be used for Metropolitan France, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days. Refer to the information for the service selected at checkout.
Available services depend on the destination. Any delivery date or period agreed when you order, and your statutory delivery rights, remain applicable.
International deliveries may take longer because of customs formalities, local inspections, busy periods or transport conditions.
3. Order tracking
Where tracking is available, we send a dispatch confirmation by email containing a tracking number or tracking link. Use it to follow the parcel's progress with the carrier.
If you cannot find the confirmation, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us if you need help.
4. Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated during checkout. They may depend on the destination, selected service, parcel weight and volume, and current promotions.
The applicable charge is displayed before you finally confirm payment.
5. Delivery delays
Carrier transit times are estimates. Delays may result from logistics disruption, severe weather, strikes, busy periods, customs checks or other transport difficulties.
If a delivery is unusually delayed or a parcel has not arrived, contact our customer service team with your order number. We will review the situation and take the appropriate steps with the carrier.
These circumstances do not automatically remove a delivery commitment or your statutory rights. Where applicable French consumer law provides no agreed delivery date or period, delivery must take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, you retain any right to request delivery within a reasonable additional period and, where the legal conditions are met, cancel the contract and receive the refund required by law.
6. Parcel marked as delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, please check:
- Your mailbox and the immediate area around the delivery address.
- Whether someone in your household accepted it.
- Whether a neighbour received it.
- Any delivery location or collection point mentioned in the tracking information.
If the parcel is still missing, contact us promptly and include your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. A delivered tracking status does not prevent you from raising a delivery problem or remove any remedy required by consumer law.
7. Delivery address
Please provide an accurate, complete delivery address and check the recipient's name, building number, street, postcode, town or city, country and any information needed for delivery.
If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.
8. Parcels returned to sender
A parcel may be returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, failure to collect it in time, refusal of delivery or another delivery issue.
If a return results from customer-supplied information or an uncollected parcel, we may offer a new shipment. Any additional reshipping cost will be explained for your agreement before resending, where permitted by law.
If the problem is attributable to us or a delivery service for which we are responsible, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refusing a parcel or failing to collect it does not, by itself, communicate a decision to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. Contact us if you wish to cancel or arrange a return.
9. Customs duties and import taxes
For some destinations outside the European Union, local authorities may charge customs duties, taxes or import-related fees.
Where these charges are not included in your order and the applicable rules make them payable by the recipient, you may need to pay them.
We do not control the amount charged by local authorities. Customs checks may also affect transit times.
10. Damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, missing or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
To help us handle your request, we may ask for:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the parcel and product, where available.
These practical steps do not limit applicable statutory guarantees or other consumer rights.
11. Responsibility during delivery
Where applicable consumer law governs an order and the carrier is a delivery option we offer, we remain responsible for loss or damage until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Handing a parcel to that carrier does not, by itself, transfer the risk to you. Any different statutory rules for a carrier independently appointed by you remain applicable.
